Polymarket is looking for a CRM Manager to own end-to-end retention strategy across the customer lifecycle for Polymarket's US App and Polymarket.com. You'll build and optimize campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS — driving conversion, engagement, and reactivation across one of the fastest-moving products in media and finance. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and data. You'll run fast experiments, develop micro-segmentation strategies, and ensure Polymarket is always relevant when live markets and breaking news create moments that matter.
