Banking - Senior Manager - Capital Markets
About The Position
Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager in Capital Markets within their Banking practice. This role involves designing and implementing business changes that drive industry-specific, functional, and digital operating model transformation, with a focus on people and process. The position requires deep industry experience in commercial/retail banking, payments, and/or digital banking operations, along with demonstrated business and technology expertise across end-to-end banking lifecycles and operating models in Capital Markets, Credit, Payments, or Digital Banking Operations. A successful track record in leading complex management/technology consulting engagements and developing relationships with senior client executives is essential. The role will involve developing world-class solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives, defining client business and technology strategies, performing vendor assessments, managing projects from inception to completion, delivering banking systems implementation engagements, coordinating work from internal teams, developing new banking technology offerings, driving business development, and building industry thought leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years relevant experience in management or technology consulting with broad experience in engagement management, and business development
- 8+ years digital banking operations experience and expertise, along with corresponding banking systems.
- Experience leading a team and managing resources
- A bachelor's degree

Responsibilities
- Develop world-class solutions for banking institutions.

- Define clients' business and technology strategy.
- Perform vendor assessment and due diligence of packaged platforms
- Manage all parts of projects, from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, deliverables and risk assessment
- Deliver banking systems implementation engagements (requirements, design, test, deployment, etc.).
- Source and coordinate work from other internal workforces.
- Develop of our next generation banking technology offerings.
- Drive business development to originate new client opportunities.
