About The Position

This role sits at the center of Amgen’s transformation agenda, working directly with RDO leadership to shape how transformation and change are executed across the enterprise. As a Senior Manager, you will help define and scale the methods, tools, and knowledge systems that enable consistent, high-quality execution of Amgen’s most critical initiatives. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to enterprise priorities, requiring a balance of structured problem solving, change leadership, and practical execution.
