In this role, you will lead a talented group of Product Managers and Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) focused on the prioritization, planning, and delivery of our Salesforce platform and expanding financial systems. Beyond people leadership, you will own the Product Operations function, designing the frameworks for roadmap planning, capacity management, and budget allocation. You will serve as the bridge between high-level business goals and technical execution, ensuring our internal systems—and the processes that build them—allow our global employees to do their jobs with maximum efficiency. This position will be hybrid (remote/in office) in Lehi, Utah This position will report to the Senior Director, Business Systems

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, with a deep focus on the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Systems or Product Management,
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience, specifically leading PMs or BSAs.
  • Proven expertise in Product Operations, including experience managing roadmapping tools, capacity planning spreadsheets, and ROI-based prioritization frameworks.
  • Experience in budget management and vendor relations, specifically in a SaaS/Systems environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate competing priorities and communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • A Strategic, "Customer-First" Advocate: You treat employees as your premium clientele. With deep "process empathy," you build tools that don’t just meet compliance standards but actually improve the daily lives of the people using them.
  • The "Product Engine" Architect: You are a fan of Product Operations. You don’t just manage tasks; you build the frameworks, playbooks, and methodologies that allow a scaling team to move faster and more predictably.
  • A Fearless, Data-Driven Prioritizer: As the guardian of the roadmap, you use ROI frameworks to navigate high-pressure requests and have the confidence to say "not now" to protect system integrity and team capacity.
  • An AI Frontier Leader: You are energized by the "Future of Work." You move beyond the hype to identify and execute high-impact AI adoption and scalable automation.
  • A Multi-Lingual Communicator: You bridge the gap between business intent and technical reality, comfortably pivoting from a CFO discovery session to a technical deep-dive with a developer.
  • A Proactive Problem-Solver: You are inherently "anti-manual." You instinctively design automated solutions that eliminate "swivel-chair" work and drive company-wide efficiency.
  • A Dedicated Mentor & Coach: You find fulfillment in elevating others, whether it’s turning young professionals into stars or keeping seasoned experts challenged and engaged.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a hybrid team of PMs and BSAs, fostering a culture of "solution consulting" where the team proactively identifies process bottlenecks rather than just taking orders.
  • Design and maintain our prioritization frameworks, impact analysis templates, and collaborate on the standardized SDLC lifecycle for internal products.
  • Drive the strategic 12-month rolling roadmap, balancing technical debt with high-impact projects. You will be responsible for capacity modeling to ensure the team is staffed effectively against the company's highest priorities.
  • Partner with leadership on budget planning for our tech stack, ensuring we are optimizing spend on licenses, third-party integrations, and external consulting resources.
  • Serve as the primary partner for senior leadership across Sales, Finance, and Operations, managing expectations and maintaining transparent prioritization and communication that aligns with company-wide initiatives.
  • Lead the requirements gathering for our expansion into financial systems and be on the forefront of AI innovation as we scale the business through AI adoption, ensuring we are layering cutting-edge automation on a firm, clean data foundation.
  • Oversee the full requirements lifecycle, ensuring business needs are translated into robust, scalable functional requirements, "to-be" process maps, and data-backed user stories.
