About The Position

This role leads and supports business initiatives, operational improvements, and strategic projects by driving execution, managing change, fostering collaboration, and enhancing business performance. The role may also provide people leadership, process oversight, and recommendations that support organizational objectives and continuous improvement. This role supports the execution of business plans, operational priorities, and strategic initiatives by identifying business needs, evaluating opportunities, and coordinating solutions. The role may also collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges, improve processes, and support the achievement of business objectives. The role drives projects and change initiatives by facilitating planning, monitoring progress, assessing risks, and adapting approaches as needed. The role may also support implementation activities, manage competing priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance operational effectiveness. This role develops and maintains productive partnerships across functions to support decision-making, communication, and execution. The role may also provide guidance, coaching, development opportunities, and support a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages engagement and learning. The role evaluates business performance, identifies opportunities for improvement, and supports the development of recommendations that strengthen results. The role may also oversee process enhancements, analyze data and trends, monitor key metrics, and contribute to the development of business programs, communications, and initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in business or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, or strategy within a large retail or consumer organization
  • 1-2 years of people leadership experience
  • Strong analytical skills and structured strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication skills- written and spoken
  • Proficient in data analysis (excel) and presentation building (PowerPoint)
  • Strong team player and collaborator
  • Experience in Ecommerce or Marketplace

  • Master’s or MBA preferred
