Fora X represents Fora’s top-performing advisors—those generating more than $500K in annual travel bookings. This is a founding role and the first dedicated hire focused on business strategy and sales management for this advisor segment. The role will be responsible for building the function from the ground up, establishing the operating model, defining how success is measured, and creating the foundation for future team growth. This is a player-coach position that combines direct advisor engagement with function-building responsibilities. Approximately half of the role is focused on managing a portfolio of Fora X Advisors, providing strategic business coaching, conducting growth reviews, and building trusted relationships with high-performing entrepreneurs. The other half is focused on designing the systems that enable scale for the function, including playbooks, engagement cadences, tools, workflows, and hiring profiles for future team members. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Advisor Strategy & Operations, this role partners closely with teams across Advisor Success, Product Operations, and Data & Analytics to ensure Fora’s top advisors have the resources, insights, and support they need to grow their businesses. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from scratch, and can confidently engage in substantive business conversations with high-performing professionals.
