About The Position

The Sr Manager Strategy CMG will lead Hershey’s highest-priority strategic initiatives, partnering with senior leaders to shape the company’s future direction, drive cross-functional action, and influence the company’s multi-year strategic agenda. As a trusted strategic partner, you will help identify growth opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive enterprise value and long-term success.

Requirements

7+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, consumer packaged goods, commercial, growth, or related business functions.
Proven experience leading strategic and data-driven recommendations in a complex business environment.
Strong business acumen with understanding of financial metrics and key business drivers.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
Experience developing executive-level presentations and communicating complex concepts clearly.
Bachelor’s degree required.

MBA or equivalent marketplace experience preferred.
