About The Position

Adobe's Business Process Optimization (BPO) team is looking for a Sr. Manager to lead program delivery across Corporate Accounting and Operations (CAO). This role will oversee a broad mix of work including business transformation, process design, automation, system enhancements, production support, bug fixes, and continuous improvements to ensure Finance runs smoothly and is prepared for future needs. The position combines people leadership with ownership of both process improvement and delivery. The Sr. Manager will lead a team of program managers who partner with CAO leaders to understand current processes, design future solutions, and guide work from intake through implementation. Key responsibilities include setting priorities, aligning resources, navigating competing business needs, and personally leading high-impact cross-functional programs within CAO.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years leading enterprise programs, business operations, or technology initiatives, including people leadership.
Proven success leading and developing high-performing program or project management teams while remaining actively involved in delivery.
Hands-on experience leading business process design from current-state discovery through future-state design and implementation, applying Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
Track record of establishing governance, prioritization frameworks, executive reporting, and operating rhythms for complex organizations.
Proficiency with Jira, Workfront, Microsoft 365, Power BI, or similar portfolio management and collaboration tools.
Demonstrated success driving adoption of AI-enabled tools and modern program management practices that improve planning, prioritization, process design, requirements development, and delivery.
Ability to build trusted relationships, communicate effectively, and influence decisions across a complex, matrixed organization.
