Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of industry experience or 6+ years with Master’s Degree.
  • Experience in mobile categories with similar go-to-market strategies is desired.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Financial acumen.
  • Organizational planning required.
  • A proven self-starter, highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good business judgment.
  • High managerial leadership potential.
  • Outstanding proficiency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills for both internal and external discussions.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support cross-business initiatives.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management.
  • Manage business and strategy planning.
  • Manage strategic projects across the T-Mobile MX Account Team.
  • Create mid-to-long term strategies for the T-Mobile account team.
  • Develop strategic communications for internal and external audiences.
  • Analyze competitive marketplace intelligence and develop strategies to grow market share.
  • Create, develop, and own the T-Mobile to Samsung executive wiring structure, including follow-up of cadence, discussion agenda, and action items.
  • Create, develop, and own revenue acceleration programs with sales and marketing teams, including analysis and investment strategy based on estimated ROI and confidence level.
  • Provide in-depth strategic insights and thought leadership on the mobile industry, channel, and consumer trends to top management.
  • Develop business cases and strategic options based on industry insights, internal capabilities, financial models, and ROI analysis to support planning initiatives.
  • Identify, analyze, and develop potential new business models & JBP partnerships that will drive business growth.
  • Provide senior management with timely and insightful analysis on critical competitive threats, movements, and strategies with implications and recommended actions.
  • Analyze industry, market, and specific sales channels to determine potential impact, set targets and KPIs, and generate recommended action plans.
  • Analyze primary, secondary, and third-party sources to create analyses to inform business decisions.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of quarterly and annual earnings reports.
  • Provide critical analytical support for business decision-making involving SEA and account cross-functional areas, including TAM, install base, and source of volume.
  • Generate sellout forecasts for competitor models using sensing data and market intelligence to load and maintain internal systems.
  • Generate competitive forecasts, load SMART; maintaining SMART.
  • Create internal (Samsung) and external (customer) communications on issues relating to the state of the business and of strategic importance.
  • Support development of the annual strategic framework for innovation of the T-Mobile team & business.
  • Lead and execute cross-functional meetings & workshops of strategic importance.
  • Manage weekly reporting to SEA/HQ.
  • Own key drive period and product launch reporting, and other events reporting to SEA/ HQ.
  • Manage new and innovative strategic projects that help develop new streams of revenue and grow the business.
  • Support legal and contract teams in negotiating terms and conditions related to any new agreement required for the project.
  • Work with different teams, both internal and external, to develop and establish new processes.
  • Regularly update all stakeholders, identify roadblocks and issues, and solicit appropriate team and leadership engagement for resolution.
