As a Senior Manager, Business Change, you play a key role in helping teams adopt new ways of working that stick and deliver real impact. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative, individual contributor role within our Human Resources team, reporting to the Sr. Director, Business Change. You’ll work closely with business leaders, HR partners, and project teams to design and deliver pragmatic, fit-for-purpose change solutions - not observe from the sidelines or reinvent what already works. This role supports enterprise and HR transformation initiatives including operating model evolution, technology adoption, process redesign, AI enablement, and workforce transformation.
