About The Position

At Loblaw, change isn’t theoretical - it’s practical, embedded, and delivered through strong partnerships. As a Senior Manager, Business Change, you play a key role in helping teams adopt new ways of working that stick and deliver real impact. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative, individual contributor role within our Human Resources team, reporting to the Sr. Director, Business Change. You’ll work closely with business leaders, HR partners, and project teams to design and deliver pragmatic, fit-for-purpose change solutions - not observe from the sidelines or reinvent what already works. This role supports enterprise and HR transformation initiatives including operating model evolution, technology adoption, process redesign, AI enablement, and workforce transformation. Guided by our culture of care, ownership, respect, and excellence, success in this role comes from building trust quickly, forming strong relationships, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with others to move work forward. You bring curiosity, sound judgment, and a shared sense of accountability for outcomes. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable operating within an established enterprise change approach, and who can contribute constructively, influence without authority, and collaborate effectively in a team-first environment. Success in this role means helping teams adopt change effectively, minimizing disruption, accelerating readiness, and ensuring business outcomes are realized. This role is an opportunity to help shape how change is delivered across one of Canada’s largest organizations.

  • Builds strong partnerships, seeks to understand different perspectives, and contributes constructively to a team-first environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels without formal authority.
  • Navigates complex, fast-paced environments and aligns quickly to business needs with an enterprise mindset.
  • Clear, concise, and practical communicator (verbal and written) who can engage a variety of audiences, including senior leaders.
  • Able to facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and leadership conversations that support decision-making and drive momentum.
  • Curious, solutions-oriented, and open to learning and evolving within a team environment, including leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, insight generation, and change effectiveness.
  • Effectively prioritizes and manages multiple change initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, etc.).
