About The Position

The Business Assessment (BA) team is responsible for generating investment cases for pipeline and business development decisions. BA's assessments are independent and rigorous, applying the same standards whether supporting or challenging investment cases. Situated within Pfizer's Global Commercial Analytics (GCA) organization, BA is a center of analytical excellence that unifies revenue forecasting and elevates strategic contributions across the asset lifecycle. The team is recognized for its thought leadership, epi-forecasting expertise, innovative analytical capabilities, and clear communication of complex information. The Senior Manager will independently manage commercial assessments and forecasts from model building to assumption defense, informing investment decisions and partnering with cross-functional teams. This role requires hands-on modeling and strategic input into trade-off decisions, ensuring consistency in assessment approaches. The Senior Manager will present analysis and recommendations to executive governance bodies. The role is primarily focused on vaccines, with unique forecasting mechanics, but will also cover other therapeutic areas, emerging platforms, and novel modalities, offering broad portfolio exposure.
