About The Position
The Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy, leads data-driven evaluation and strategic development to support business growth and operational excellence. This role partners with internal and external stakeholders to design, implement, and refine business strategies based on comprehensive analysis and insights. The position oversees multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while fostering continuous improvement and efficiency. By providing expert guidance and cultivating strong relationships, the Senior Manager drives informed decision-making and supports the execution of initiatives that enhance performance and deliver measurable results across the enterprise. Experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business analytics or finance is highly relevant to the position. The team drives strategic pricing initiatives by analyzing data to guide investments that enhance customer trust and business performance. It leads cross-functional collaboration and executive support for key pricing decisions, evaluates competitive pricing and market trends, and manages tools that inform pricing strategies. The team also governs enterprise pricing principles to ensure consistent application and sustainable differentiation. By translating merchant insights into scalable pricing solutions, the team supports effective strategy execution and continuous improvement, fostering informed decision-making and advancing enterprise goals through data-driven analysis and stakeholder partnership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
- 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
- Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support and refine business strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop consistent, actionable strategic plans.
- Evaluate ongoing effectiveness of programs and initiatives, recommending improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead the execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles.
- Establish and oversee processes, timelines, and controls to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and develop team members through coaching, performance management, and recognition.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships to support strategic growth and alignment with business objectives.
