About The Position
The Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights, leads data-driven evaluation and reporting to support strategic business initiatives. This role involves collaborating with internal and external partners to develop, implement, and refine business strategies based on analytical insights. The position requires overseeing multiple projects, ensuring process efficiency, and driving performance improvements. The manager also mentors team members, fosters strong stakeholder relationships, and promotes adherence to company policies and ethical standards. This leadership role is critical in aligning business objectives with actionable insights to support sustainable growth and operational excellence. About the team: The eCommerce Strategy team at Sam’s Club leads digital growth by crafting forward-looking strategies that transform the business. Focused on business development, member value, channel optimization, marketing strategy, and performance storytelling, the team supports senior leadership in aligning priorities and driving action. Combining structured problem-solving with commercial insight, members leverage data and industry trends to create clear strategies. Positioned near executive decision-making, the team anticipates market shifts and develops innovative approaches that advance Sam’s Club eCommerce beyond conventional boundaries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
- 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
- Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support and refine business strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop consistent, accurate strategic plans.
- Recommend and implement initiatives based on analytical findings to drive business growth.
- Evaluate ongoing effectiveness of programs and adjust strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and execute business plans.
- Establish and oversee processes ensuring compliance, efficiency, and performance measurement.
- Mentor and develop associates, fostering a high-performing, team-oriented environment.
- Communicate business priorities clearly and remove obstacles to achieve objectives.
