About The Position
The Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights, leads data-driven evaluation and reporting to support strategic business initiatives. This role collaborates with internal and external partners to develop, implement, and refine business strategies based on comprehensive analysis. The position drives cross-functional projects, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals while fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Additionally, the role oversees team development, promotes continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with company policies. This leadership position requires expertise in business analysis, effective communication, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business outcomes.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in business analysis with strong focus on data-driven decision making to support strategic initiatives.
- Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies by collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Expertise in evaluating program and project feasibility through comprehensive data analysis and performance assessment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of building and maintaining productive business relationships.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey insights, influence decision-making, and drive alignment across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
- 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
- Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support and refine business strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop consistent, actionable strategic plans.
- Evaluate ongoing effectiveness of programs and initiatives, recommending improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead the execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support strategic growth objectives.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and promote ethical standards in all activities.
