About The Position

The Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights, leads data-driven evaluation and reporting to support strategic business initiatives. This role collaborates with internal and external partners to develop, implement, and refine business strategies based on comprehensive analysis. The position drives cross-functional projects, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals while fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Additionally, the role oversees team development, promotes continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with company policies. This leadership position requires expertise in business analysis, effective communication, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
  • 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
