About The Position
Lead high-impact, data-driven decision-making across the product life cycle by translating complex analytics into clear strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and customer value. This role partners cross-functionally to shape business direction, optimize performance, and ensure insights are consistently leveraged to influence outcomes at scale. The Spark Driver Earnings team is responsible for the accurate calculation, withholding, disbursement, and reporting of independent contractor earnings. The team plays a critical role in regulatory compliance, tax accuracy, audit readiness, and continuous improvement, directly impacting driver experience and company risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
- 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

- Lead development and execution of data-driven initiatives, aligning cross-functional stakeholders
- Evaluate performance of programs and continuously refine strategies to improve outcomes and efficiency
- Drive process standardization, reporting consistency, and operational excellence across teams
- Manage multiple projects, removing barriers, tracking progress, and ensuring delivery against goals
