The Associate Experience team is looking for a Senior Manager of Business Analysis & Insights who excels at turning insights into action. This role is not just about uncovering trends — it’s about translating associate feedback and workforce data into clear, prioritized actions that drive measurable business outcomes. This leader will operate end-to-end — from framing the question, to gathering and analyzing data using a variety of tools, to delivering executive-ready insights and recommendations. They should be comfortable self-serving data when needed, while also partnering with analysts to go deeper, ensuring speed, accuracy, and impact. They will own the narrative and activation of insights through compelling storytelling, dashboards, and strategic recommendations, and be equally comfortable working in the data and influencing senior leaders to act. Think of this role as part analyst, part strategist, and part change agent — someone who ensures insights don’t stop at awareness, but lead to real, tangible impact across the business.
