•$140,000 - $200,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Plaud is scaling brand marketing across global, Americas, and EMEA teams, with a global brand campaign launching in 2027. The Senior Manager Brand Operations will serve as the operational hub that turns global plans into coordinated regional execution. The role will build processes, playbooks, and planning rhythms that enable consistent launches, faster execution, and scalable operations. The position owns operational planning for global brand campaigns and tentpole moments, from initial brief through regional launch. It establishes launch calendars, milestones, readiness reviews, localization workflows, creative intake and prioritization, production planning, and resource visibility. The role also leads annual and quarterly marketing planning, project management across brand initiatives, and operating rhythms and processes for the team. Success in the first year includes documented plans and regional handoffs for every global campaign, a centralized creative request system, a working brand operations playbook, and more consistent regional campaign execution with fewer last-minute escalations. The position is hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week in the office, and offers a base salary of $140,000–$200,000 plus performance bonus and equity.
