As a Senior Manager, Brand Insights, you will play a critical role in advancing drug development by supporting the commercial insights needs for inline brands and early development assets. You will be part of a high performing team that provides actionable, innovative insights to address key business questions & opportunities. We ask that you have the skills to work independently with limited supervision, while working across a complex matrix environment that includes areas in marketing, sales, sales operations, senior leadership among others. You will be responsible for the design, execution, and management of multiple market research engagements. Also, the Senior Manager will commission and partner with MR agencies for primary and secondary research in the US and international markets. You will be part of the Commercial Strategy & Insights organization and work directly with the brand team. This position is based in Princeton, New Jersey. Otsuka maintains a hybrid work policy and travel is expected 20% of the time based on business needs.
