About The Position

As Senior Manager, Brand Content Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating our product's value to the world. Reporting into the Global Director of Product Marketing, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of all content related to our products. This includes crafting compelling narratives for product releases, updates, and any areas of focus for product messaging. You will work closely with Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers to ensure our product messaging is clear, accurate, and resonates with our target audience. Additionally, you will collaborate with our internal design team and manage external design and content resources to produce high-quality content. This role is based in San Francisco, CA.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in the fintech or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies for tech products with a user first approach.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external agencies.
  • A keen eye for design and a deep understanding of how to use visuals to enhance storytelling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience using data to inform content strategy and decisions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our product roadmap and business goals.
  • Lead the creation of product content across various formats (blogs, product guides, videos, case studies, webinars, AMAs) to support product launches, updates, and marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers to translate complex product features into compelling, easy-to-understand content.
  • Collaborate with the internal design team to ensure content is visually engaging and adheres to our brand guidelines.
  • Manage relationships with external design and content agencies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Measure and analyze content performance, making data-driven decisions to improve engagement and reach.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
