The Senior Manager, Project & Change Management within the Audit Department’s Professional Practices group, plays a key role in executing and supporting change initiatives across IAG. This role is responsible for supporting the governance and execution of IAG change initiatives, contributing to the department’s broader transformation by enabling the adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working. The Senior Manager will act as a central coordinator across Professional Practices, Audit Teams, and the Company’s Project Governance function, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and supporting the timely delivery of change initiatives. In addition, this role will partner closely with stakeholders to support the planning, tracking, and adoption of key change efforts.
