The role works across Web Data Acquisition, Product, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders to turn demand into clear engineering choices and measurable outcomes. It owns team workforce and capability planning, engineering delivery and technical outcomes for the assigned scope, and clear communication of priorities, progress, capacity, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
