About The Position

Zeta is looking for a strategic, client-obsessed analytics expert to shape the future of how we use data to drive business transformation for our clients. As a Director of Analytics in our Strategy & Analytics Practice, you’ll serve as an individual contributor partnering directly with internal client stakeholders to uncover insights, influence strategy, and deliver measurable revenue impact. You’ll own a portfolio of accounts, ensuring our analytics deliverables are scalable, innovative, and tightly aligned with client and market needs. This role sits at the intersection of analytics and business growth—blending collaboration with technical depth and elevating how we deliver client analytics impact across the organization. This position will be partnered with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Strategy, and Data.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, or related fields
  • Technical acumen
  • 5+ years of experience with email, mobile and related channel data sets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience influencing or leading revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of analytics methodologies, tools, and technologies with a pragmatic, business-first mindset.
  • Ability to work closely with internal business strategists to guide your insights into their strategic narrative.
  • Ability to set technical vision and standards for analytics.
  • Ability to create and champion adoption of automation, scalable frameworks and advanced methodologies including AI driven tools

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead analyst on enterprise accounts utilizing analytical capabilities to translate data into action that drives measurable growth.
  • Drive findings that connect actionable insights to client outcomes.
  • Anticipate market trends and position our analytics offerings ahead of industry shifts.
  • Own multi-industry client portfolios with end-to-end, high-quality analytics delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
  • Define and socialize analytic approaches, standards, and reusable methodologies that improve consistency and scale across client engagements.
  • Champion best-in-class analytics capabilities, automation, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Strategy, and Product leadership to evolve analytics offerings that drive client value and company growth.
  • Influence cross-functional priorities by representing the client analytics perspective in working sessions and planning forums, driving decisions through data and clear recommendations.
  • Model a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning through your work, your standards, and how you collaborate.
