About The Position

As the Alliance & Ecosystem Operations Senior Manager, you will be the point person managing day-to-day operations of the Fidelity Alliance Network and consulting ecosystem. You will evaluate and onboard vendors, execute procurement processes (coordinating contracts, due diligence, risk reviews, and LRC governance activities). You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to support strategic collaboration, reply to inquiries about providers, capabilities, and process requirements, and manage program-related collaterals driving adoption and usefulness of the program.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in program management, vendor management, partnerships, or related field.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accurate execution.
Ability to coordinate key stakeholders, build trust through communication, and follow through.
Ability to follow established processes and identify when expert input is needed.
Experience supporting vendor or partnership relationships in a team-based environment with flexibility and comfort navigating some ambiguity.

Financial services experience
Familiarity with procurement, contracts, risk, vendor onboarding, or marketing collateral management.
