Senior Manager, AI Learning & Development
About The Position
Ford's Central AI Team is the enterprise hub responsible for scaling AI and agentic solutions across the company. This role owns the training and enablement layer that turns a new AI capability into something employees can pick up, trust, and use every day. Ford is building a new capability at the center of our enterprise AI strategy. Reporting into the Central AI Team's Director of AI Strategy, Enablement, & Workflow, the Senior Manager, Learning & Development builds and owns the curriculum, materials, and learning journeys that teach Ford employees how to work with AI and agentic tools. This role partners closely with the Workflow Redesign Lead and with functional teams to ensure training lands at the right moment in a rollout, in the right format, for the right audience — from a frontline user learning a new tool to a leader deciding how to manage a team that now works alongside AI.

- Has built training programs that translate a technical capability into a learning path.
- Knows how to measure whether the training worked.
Responsibilities
