Job Summary: The Senior Manager, AI Enablement will lead enterprise-wide efforts to help Collette associates, leaders, and corporate functions adopt approved AI tools, AI-enabled workflows, agents, copilots, and new Human + AI ways of working. This leader will accelerate AI enablement beyond awareness, driving guided adoption, measurable usage, and meaningful business impact. The role supports the AI operating model of central guardrails, federated execution, and portfolio-driven scaling by making sure AI capabilities are understood, trusted, adopted, and embedded into day-to-day work rather than remaining isolated pilots or optional tools. Microsoft 365 is a core platform at Collette, and the position will leverage deep expertise across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft's security and governance capabilities. It will also evaluate other AI products and technologies, including Claude, where they may deliver additional business value. The Senior Manager will run an AI champions program, partner with Learning & Development on training and adoption, and work with business teams to identify, evaluate, and implement practical AI solutions. The role will also collaborate with Systems/Security team on agent governance. Success means employees can use approved tools confidently, useful solutions become part of normal workflows, and agents have clear ownership and oversight.
