About The Position

Bayview is building a dedicated AI Enablement function to accelerate the practical, responsible adoption of AI across the firm. As a Senior AI Enablement Consultant, you will serve as a senior individual contributor within the function, helping shape how Bayview identifies, prioritizes, delivers, and scales AI-enabled solutions across business units. This role will own complex, high-impact business engagements from initial discovery through implementation and adoption. You will partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and operating challenges, identify where AI can create meaningful value, and determine the right approach—whether through enterprise AI tools, no-code/low-code solutions, process redesign, or partnership with IT for more complex development. Beyond individual engagements, you will help establish the broader AI Enablement approach across the firm, including prioritization frameworks, reusable solutions, best practices, adoption strategies, and standards for how business teams engage with AI. You will remain hands-on where needed, while providing structure, direction, and expertise across the function.
