The Senior Manager, Advocacy & Awards sits under the Director of Advocacy and supports the buildout and execution of Bentley’s customer advocacy program, as well as the awards function. This role helps turn our strongest customer projects, outcomes, and success stories into high-impact advocacy moments across awards, campaigns, events, content, media, and customer engagement programs. This person will lead day-to-day execution of the YII Awards and support advocacy and co-marketing programs that extend those stories across the business. They will partner closely cross functionally to source stories, manage timelines, coordinate approvals, prepare customers, and ensure advocacy programs are delivered with consistency, quality, and measurable impact.
