The Senior Manager, Demo Specialist Lead owns the strategy, growth, and performance of the demo business within MAP. This role is responsible for driving demo revenue, shaping go to market approach, and leading a team of specialists to deliver high impact, scalable programs. Demo solutions span in store, digital, and sampling experiences, and are a critical component of MAP’s full funnel offering. This role influences and scales demo revenue, operating with shared goals and close partnership across Sales and Account Management. As both a strategic leader and hands on operator, you will partner closely with Sales, Account Management, and Operations to position demos as a core, revenue driving solution for suppliers. You will define how demos are sold, executed, and measured while ensuring they deliver measurable value and continued growth.
