About The Position

This role focuses on supporting the prioritization of technology needs and collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals. The Senior Manager will lead the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), manage sprint planning, and assist in evaluating trade-off decisions. They will also coordinate Proof of Concepts (POCs), contribute to implementation planning, and provide analytical and consultative support to functional leadership. The position involves translating business strategies into actionable analytics initiatives, partnering with leadership to identify key customer insights, and assisting in developing testing and validation methodologies. Key responsibilities include analyzing critical data sets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, fostering alignment on data analysis strategies, and maintaining relationships with external partners. Additionally, the role involves mentoring and coaching team members, identifying skill gaps, and promoting a collaborative team culture. Operational leadership includes supporting business strategies, monitoring processes, and championing a customer-centric mindset.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
Excel at aligning technology initiatives with business strategy through effective stakeholder collaboration.
Demonstrate strong experience in leading the creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), sprint planning, and navigating trade-off decisions.
Provide thoughtful, data-driven consultation to functional leaders, translating business needs into actionable analytics solutions.
Bring a strategic lens to customer insights, helping shape decisions that drive measurable business impact.
