This role involves partnering with functional and business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, translating them into analytics-driven hypotheses and research objectives. The Manager will develop and execute tactical research and analytics plans, provide strategic guidance based on insights, and support the implementation of analytics-driven business solutions. A key aspect of the role is building, leading, and developing an analytics team, fostering engagement, performance, and continuous growth through coaching and mentorship. The position requires owning analytics workstreams end-to-end, managing scope, execution, and implementation risks. This includes developing data models, algorithms, and analytical approaches that drive measurable business value, and leading proof-of-concept and prototype development. Collaboration with Advanced Analytics experts to explore new techniques and methodologies, and applying advanced analytics to complex business problems are essential. The role also involves setting and executing data analysis strategies, guiding less experienced team members, and collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to deliver consultative analytics solutions. Engagement with external partners and vendors may be required. The Manager will coordinate and oversee work activities by setting clear goals, building accountability, measuring progress, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities, while promoting adaptability and continuous learning. Ensuring compliance with company policies, values, and ethical standards, and fostering a culture of belonging and accountability are also key responsibilities.
