Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced Senior, Account Manager to build successful client-advertiser relationships by understanding the client’s business, managing expectations, and ensuring campaign strategies and tactics deliver on client needs. The role requires extensive client/relationship management background with a strong understanding of omni-channel marketing solutions. The candidate will lead, coach, and influence direct reports, bridging Walmart Connect’s ad tactics to deliver comprehensive media strategies. A strong foundational knowledge of digital media and understanding of cross-functional interdependencies are essential for creating and implementing strategies. This position is responsible for a key retail category within a growing team of Account Managers, promoting continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. The role demands excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of advertiser and shopper needs to deliver exceptional customer experiences. It also involves developing strategies to optimize sales operations, improve productivity, enhance revenue generation, and collaborating with product management and development teams to deploy advertising solutions. Additionally, the role includes creating and managing business intelligence dashboards for insights and decision-making, monitoring campaign performance, creating reports, and providing actionable recommendations to improve revenue performance.
