About The Position

At Field Nation, financial accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence are foundational to scaling our marketplace. To support these goals, Field Nation is looking for a Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable to join our US-based team. This role owns the full order-to-cash cycle — billing, revenue recognition, credit, collections, and cash application — including direct management of our offshore AR team in Bangladesh. This position offers the opportunity to be in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where new ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must. This position reports to the Controller and is based in Minneapolis, MN. Remote candidates with the right skillset will also be considered.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, credit, or collections, including 3+ years in a management role.
  • Knowledge of ASC 606.
  • Experience managing offshore teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills rooted in natural curiosity and desire to constantly improve processes and outcomes.
  • Experience in a rapidly growing company with annual gross receipts of $500M - $1B.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail while maintaining a view of the big picture.
  • Experience with ERP and financial systems (NetSuite strongly preferred).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HighRadius is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct order-to-cash process end to end including: billing, revenue recognition, credit extension, collections, and cash application.
  • Directly manage the offshore accounts receivable team based in Bangladesh, including hiring, training, performance management, and day-to-day oversight.
  • Develop, build out, and drive Collections strategies based on data driven insights and leveraging AI tools where appropriate
  • Build and maintain standard operating procedures that ensure consistency and quality.
  • Drive accountability for offshore team output, development, and engagement.
  • Build relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Identify needed process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in implementation of systems improvements in progress including NetSuite automation and implementation of High Radius for collections and cash application.
  • Lead Accounts Receivable year-end audit activities.
