  • Experience within a SaaS, software, technology, or data business strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading meaningful Accounting or Finance transformation initiatives.
  • Strong systems orientation with experience improving ERP, close management, reconciliation, workflow, or other Finance technology platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI and automation and an ability to translate emerging capabilities into practical accounting applications.
  • Excellent project management, change leadership, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution and influence stakeholders across Finance and the broader organization.

  • Partner closely with Technical Accounting, Revenue, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Legal, IT, and other teams on accounting and business matters.
  • Support external audits and financial reporting requirements.
  • Drive Transformation & AI Adoption: Serve as a transformation leader for Accounting, developing and executing a roadmap for a more automated, scalable, and data-driven organization.
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate manual work, accelerate the close, improve data quality, strengthen controls, and standardize processes.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives involving accounting systems, financial data, integrations, workflow automation, and process redesign.
  • Champion the responsible adoption of AI across Accounting, identifying and implementing high-value use cases that improve productivity, quality, and employee experience.
