About The Position

The Senior Manager of 3rd Party Events Partnerships is responsible for driving sponsorship revenue across BSOS-managed third-party events and assisting in the development and execution of the strategic business to business plan for 40+ Dallas Cowboys corporate sponsorship accounts. This role leads to new partner acquisition, expands existing relationships, and ensures flawless fulfillment through cross-functional collaboration. Success is defined by revenue generation, partner satisfaction, and scalable growth across all event platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales, sponsorship, business development, partnership, or event sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and partnership targets.
  • Experience selling sponsorships, exhibitor packages, event marketing opportunities, or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and contract management skills.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline using a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with event organizers, associations, agencies, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sponsorship revenue across BSOS-managed third-party events through proactive outreach, pitching, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, and legal coordination.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified local, regional, and national prospects.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within current partner portfolios.
  • Align expanded assets with partner objectives and event strategies to drive incremental revenue.
  • Conduct consistent cold outreach to secure meetings and develop new business.
  • Analyze prospect categories, marketing objectives, activation potential, and financial considerations to determine partnership fit.
  • Deliver compelling partnership proposals to individuals, leadership teams, and large groups.
  • Communicate clearly across internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential sponsors.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the event cycle, ensuring partner confidence and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Partnership Marketing teams to ensure flawless fulfillment of all contract deliverables.
  • Coordinate with Event Operations, Legal, Finance, and Creative to support partner success and event execution.
  • Manage accounts receivable for owned accounts.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of partnership terms, activation plans, and revenue forecasts.
  • Assist in executing the strategic business to business plan including partner introductions, revenue generation and relationship management.
