Pariveda is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to join our Advisory team in Dallas, Houston, or Chicago. As a Senior Consultant, you will work collaboratively with our clients through organizational change, process improvements, and enterprise-wide initiatives. Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional consulting, client facing, or highly relevant industry experience, ideally in management consulting, transformation, or organizational change
  • Understanding of technology and operational trends, organizational design, and IT delivery methods
  • Experience contributing to projects in areas such as organizational design, change management, operating model, process improvement, or large scale technology enabled transformation
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to structure problems, work with data in Excel, and translate findings into clear insights
  • Comfort working with technology and data (for example, understanding at a basic level how systems, data, and cloud platforms support business processes) without being a deep technologist
  • Experience building decks and written deliverables for senior stakeholders, with strong attention to structure, storyline, and clarity
  • Exposure to process mapping or workflow design tools (for example, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar) and an interest in designing future state processes
  • Emerging competency with AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and content creation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas to both technical and non technical audiences
  • Adaptable attitude, able to balance multiple responsibilities, and adjust to varied client environments
  • A desire to solve problems, think creatively, and grow in a dynamic, evolving Advisory practice
  • Proven ability to collaborate successfully on small teams and build trusted relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline, or comparable experience
  • Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Support organizational change, operating model, and process improvement projects through research, analysis, and structured problem solving
  • Apply critical thinking to decompose ambiguous problems, structure hypotheses, and synthesize insights into clear recommendations and executive ready materials
  • Build slides, documents, and visuals that tell a compelling story for senior stakeholders, including change impact summaries, journey maps, and operating model views
  • Use AI enabled tools, Excel, and PowerPoint to accelerate analysis, scenario comparison, and creation of client ready deliverables
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, including interview notes synthesis, survey and data analysis, and process or workflow mapping
  • Participate in workshops, interviews, and working sessions as a co facilitator or note taker, helping capture insights and shape next steps
  • Collaborate in small teams (typically 3–5 people) with frequent exposure to Principals and Vice Presidents
  • Contribute to development of Advisory frameworks, methods, and intellectual capital in organizational change and operations
  • Partner with Pariveda and client leadership to drive initiatives forward and achieve project success.
