About The Position

Elire is looking to expand its internal team with an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant to join their Strategic Advisory Services Practice. This role primarily supports large-scale ERP and HCM software transformation projects. The position is hands-on, results-driven, and requires an individual who can manage their own workload, lead client conversations, and ensure the change management effort delivers clear, tangible value. As part of the Advisory Services team, the consultant will work with clients across the US to develop change strategies, communication plans, training materials, and stakeholder engagement activities for complex ERP application transformation projects. The role involves close collaboration with client teams and internal technical staff to prepare users for upcoming changes. Additionally, the consultant will lead a small internal team responsible for training and communications, with opportunities to influence and improve the company's change approach. The goal is to leverage the consultant's skills to effectively manage change from the C-suite to the end-user level.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to both work independently and manage others
  • Clear writing and presentation skills—able to explain complex ideas in simple terms
  • Familiarity with structured change frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter), and a willingness to apply them flexibly according to contract-specific requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working with government agencies, federally funded institutions, or other mission-driven, policy-governed environments
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • US Citizen Required
  • Legally able to work for any employer in the US
