We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career Consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in Dallas, TX. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Communication and Change Management Consultant, you will help organizations solve workforce challenges by designing and implementing communication and change strategies that strengthen employee experience, engagement, and performance. You will support employee-facing engagements that articulate client objectives, advance the employee value proposition, promote total rewards programs, and drive behavior change through effective information sharing and employee feedback. You will also develop engaging communication deliverables and handle project management tasks such as building project plans, coordinating team activities, and supporting client meetings. In addition, you will gain exposure to multiple practice areas, including workforce rewards, through research and analysis of business strategy, compensation trends, global expansion, and career management best practices.
