About The Position

This role supports the execution of the maintenance excellence strategy by leading and supporting priority initiatives based on the Maintenance Maturity model and plan. The analyst will collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate maintenance performance components into a systems approach, including business planning, budgeting, performance measurement, and financial and non-financial reporting. The position involves identifying and implementing tools, processes, systems, and automation to enhance performance tracking and analysis, leading the design of solutions, and managing business improvement projects. The role also includes evaluating the effectiveness of performance processes and implementing improvements based on industry best practices, as well as completing assessments and gap analyses for Maintenance, Turnaround, and Reliability operations, and analyzing workflow processes to identify performance issues and gaps.

Requirements

  • 6-9 years of relevant progressively responsible experience in maintenance, preferably in the Oil & Gas Industry and/or change management positions.
  • Experience working with maintenance systems and technical data, including the use of KPIs, dashboards, and other tools to monitor performance and support effective decision-making.
  • Previous experience with accounting and financial reporting.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as business, commerce, economics, or engineering.

Nice To Haves

  • A CPA designation would be considered an asset.
  • Certification in Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) Designation, Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) Designation, or Project Management is considered an asset.
