Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Requires a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Performs complex tasks associated with the fabrication of medical components.
  • Assembles components according to approved standards and procedures.
  • Able to perform complex set-up, and adjustments of manufacturing equipment.
  • Conduct complex quality inspection of own or other's work.
  • Trained on multiple workstations where at least three are considered complex and/or critical.
  • Accurately record and complete all manufacturing documentation.
  • Gathers information and completes complex production reports as requested.
  • Provides suggestions to improve quality, safety, output, and ergonomics.
  • Performs material transactions.
  • Work with engineers to produce custom parts and follow engineering protocols.
  • Interacts with other functional groups (i.e., quality) to resolve issues.
  • Provides advice and guidance to lower-level teammates.
  • Must be able to perform job functions while walking and/or standing up to 100% of the time during a shift.
  • Has completed basic production, health, safety, and environmental hazard training courses.
  • Follows all corporate, safety and production standard operating procedures.
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.
  • Able to perform entry level preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to management.
