About The Position

This position will support CCA Logistics in both strategy development and daily operational execution for the Dealer Direct Shipments & ACDelco business. We are seeking a candidate who thrives in a very fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong quantitative and analytical skills, sound business acumen, the ability to lead across a complex operational landscape and able to communicate effectively cross functionally and to our senior leadership. This is a “hands-on” role that will require you to be a leader. This role will expand to other new and unique Customer Care & Aftersales programs involving Logistics.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years relevant work experience in purchasing, supply chain, program/product management, logistics or product development (any internship or co-op experience will not be considered)
  • Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Strong oral & written communication skills
  • Ability to prepare and present material to Senior Leadership effectively
  • Ability to setup and facilitate virtual meetings
  • Ability to work with AI
  • Ability to work independent from Manager while completing project tasks efficiently and on time
  • High level of analytical ability where problems are unusual, difficult, or complex
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
  • Ability to work in a remote environment as well as the in-office/plant environment
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time domestically

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret complex logistics data related to warehousing operations for ACDelco and Dealer Direct.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels within the supply chain.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, sales, supply chain management) and external partners (e.g., dealers, carriers, LLP) to resolve logistics issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for logistics discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives related to network design and optimization.
  • Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and performance updates to management.
