About The Position

Brown Technologies is currently seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst who is a self-starter supporting the U.S. Army Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) Program Management Office (PMO). This role provides expert oversight and validation of contractor data deliveries, leads critical logistics test events, and synchronizes fielding requirements across Army domains to ensure the weapon system is sustainable, supportable, and ready for fielding throughout development, production, and the fielding life cycle. The successful candidate will bring subject matter expertise in Life Cycle Logistics, Integrated Product Support (IPS), fielding planning, and maintenance sustainment to help deliver a highly supportable, maintainable, and deployable weapon system.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of experience in Life Cycle Logistics, Integrated Product Support (IPS), or sustainment engineering supporting DoD weapon system programs
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing and validating contractor-delivered logistics products (maintenance concepts, MAC, IETMs/technical manuals, transportability plans, site activation/facilities plans)
  • Experience planning, coordinating, and executing major logistics test events such as Logistics, Maintenance, and Transportability Demonstrations
  • Working knowledge of the 12 Integrated Product Support (IPS) Elements and DoD Life Cycle Sustainment policies (DoDI 5000.91, AR 700-127)
  • Experience developing and reviewing program documentation such as SOWs, specifications, and briefings for senior leadership
  • Proven ability to participate in and contribute to DOTMLPF-P working groups, IPTs, and technical interchange meetings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief senior government stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting the FLRAA program or other Army Aviation acquisition programs (e.g., UH-60, AH-64, CH-47, FVL)
  • DAWIA certification in Life Cycle Logistics (or DoD equivalent)
  • Experience with Army fielding processes, Total Package Fielding (TPF), and new equipment training (NET)
  • Familiarity with Army sustainment data systems and logistics product databases (e.g., LMI/GEIA-STD-0007, LSA)
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Prior military or DA Civilian experience in aviation logistics, maintenance, or sustainment

Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise in Life Cycle Logistics, fielding planning, and maintenance sustainment across all phases of the program
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive fielding strategies and synchronize FLRAA equities across Army domains to validate that all support requirements are met for operational deployment
  • Actively participate in DOTMLPF-P working groups, maintenance working groups, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and technical meetings
  • Evaluate the system's maintainability design and ensure contractor-developed logistics products, maintenance strategies, and fielding plans comply with FLRAA specification requirements and government operational needs
  • Provide Integrated Product Support (IPS) expertise for the comprehensive review and validation of contractor-delivered technical data, including maintenance concepts, Maintenance Allocation Charts (MAC), technical manuals/Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs), transportability plans, and site activation/facilities plans
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of major logistics test events, including Logistics, Maintenance, and Transportability Demonstrations
  • Analyze test results to validate maintenance task times, support equipment suitability, and overall system maintainability, providing technical recommendations that mitigate sustainment risks and validate system readiness
  • Develop, review, and manage critical program documents (SOWs, specifications) and prepare high-level strategic briefings and analyses to support senior leadership decision-making
  • Build collaborative relationships across government program offices, user representatives, and industry partners to drive program objectives
  • Assess and mitigate risks related to system supportability, lifecycle cost, and mission readiness
  • Translate test data and technical findings into actionable recommendations for program leadership
  • Maintain technical documentation and traceability across logistics products and fielding artifacts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional government and contractor teams to support mission requirements
