About The Position

The NASA-KSC Artemis Program requires a full-time logistics analyst to support the operations oversight and programmatic operations for processing Artemis III and beyond vehicles. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise in an oversight role when meeting requirements, including reviewing and providing recommendations on products produced by other contractors and programs. The candidate will provide logistics acquisition and sustainment expertise to the Artemis Program, ensuring technical compliance with programmatic requirements, planning, and deliverables, while safely executing processes and procedures. Responsibilities include participating in and development of logistics-related products, i.e., design reviews, independent logistics assessments, integrated logistics support and logistics support analyses. Candidates must be able to direct and advise team members in all aspects of project planning, including scheduling, risk management, budget analysis, maintainability, reliability, and sustainability.

Requirements

  • Eight (8) years of related experience and a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree
  • Proficiency in technical document review to include design drawings
  • Self-starter with outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective and clear communicator with the ability to present technical issues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment co-located with multiple cross program customers and contractors
  • Flexible to changing work demands, multi-task, operate with minimal direct supervision, and meet all customer deadlines
  • Proven work as a cohesive team member with many different technical experts in a dynamic schedule-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as commercial business applications
