If you have a track record of high-volume move-ins, strong closing ratios, and measurable occupancy growth in relationship‑driven, consultative sales, this is your opportunity to support a thriving Independent Living community and make a meaningful impact. This position is focused on occupancy growth, lead conversion, closing urgency, and consistent follow-up and pipeline management. You will be expected to generate results, not just activity.
