As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will be a Guide for families and older adults — You’ll be the boots on the ground both inside and outside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in. Team player — You’ll work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations. Partner — You’ll partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation
