Senior Living Sales Counselor
About The Position
Touchmark at The Ranch is Prescott’s leading full-service senior living community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services, and amenities. We are growing and currently seeking the right individual to join our team as a Retirement Counselor/Sales Specialist. This role offers a generous compensation package with potential for a six-figure income, including salary, commissions, and bonuses. We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success to help us increase our occupancy. As a Retirement Counselor/Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include building relationships with prospects, scheduling and conducting tours, and assisting prospective residents in finding a home that suits their lifestyle. You will also be responsible for developing new referral sources and educating the community on the advantages of a Touchmark lifestyle. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, passionate about Touchmark and its residents, eager to learn, driven to succeed, motivated to help others, and excited to collaborate with team members to ensure everyone experiences the meaning of living their “Full Life”. You will serve as a member of the marketing team, focusing on improving occupancy and enhancing resident and community relations, viewing the sales and marketing process as an opportunity to educate prospective residents and families about Touchmark's living options.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of successful sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- A commitment to outstanding customer service
- Computer proficiency and experience with a lead-tracking system
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities
