Requirements

  • Two years of sales or case management experience (required), preference for service industries
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older (required)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM database software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
  • Applicants may be subject to a background check.
  • Employees in this position must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position.

Responsibilities

  • Drive occupancy by building strong relationships with prospective residents and families
  • Guide prospects through the sales process, including tours, follow-ups, applications, and move-ins
  • Work collaboratively in a team-selling environment, consistently working toward achieving defined occupancy and move-in targets
  • Respond promptly to all inquiries and maintain consistent follow-up through calls, emails, and personal appointments
  • Coordinate move-in logistics by collaborating with internal departments including nursing, maintenance, housekeeping, and resident life
  • Ensure a smooth and positive transition experience for new residents and their families
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Participate in outreach events and meet sales goals set by leadership
