This position is crucial for ensuring the provision of the best elderly care possible and directly impacts the quality of life for residents. The role typically involves working Monday through Friday, with flexibility in hours required to meet resident needs and business objectives. The Director is responsible for maintaining a vibrant work environment, fostering positive relationships with elderly residents, their families, and the care team, and engaging with residents daily to build connections. Key duties include coordinating all aspects of medical, pharmaceutical, therapeutic, and social services to address residents' emotional and physical health needs. Additionally, the Director will collaborate with the marketing team to promote services and raise awareness about the community's team.

Requirements

Experience in senior living or a similar care industry
Some marketing experience or knowledge
Solid leadership skills
