About The Position

BAYADA’s Senior Living Solutions is a partnership-focused service line that brings a full continuum of care directly into senior living communities, with the goal of helping residents stay safe, healthy, and able to age in place. It offers communities access to multiple services through ONE Team, including fitness and wellness, therapy, nursing care, personal care/companionship, palliative care, hospice, and staffing support. As the Senior Living Program Manager, you will be a dynamic influencer managing solutions for communities and their residents throughout our unique continuum of care in Senior Living in Montgomery County, MD. Are you a solutions-oriented, team-focused Nurse, Therapist, or Therapy Assistant (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant)? Requirements

• Current MD licensure as an RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP Required
• Demonstrated business development / leadership experience
• Strong communication skills across multiple levels and multiple platforms
• Experience in the senior living setting

Nice To Haves

• Home Health and/ or Outpatient experience is desirable

• Strategically treating patients and ensuring best practices are carried out by all team members to deliver on our differentiated offerings.
• Utilizing outcome driven data analytics to analyze key metrics and develop plans to create customized programming and offerings for those we serve.

Benefits

• Weekly pay, $86,000-89,000 annually, depending on qualifications with opportunity for a quarterly incentive, after 90 days.
