About The Position

QSL Management, a rapidly growing company designated as a “Great Place to Work” for 2023-2025, is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist for the Virginia and Carolinas region. This role supports the overall success of assigned senior living communities, focusing on sales, human resources, licensure compliance, daily operations, and census development. The Operations Specialist ensures communities adhere to corporate policies, annual budgets, and federal/state regulations, while promoting services that enhance resident well-being and operational efficiency.

Senior Living Executive Director Experience
SCALA License

Responsibilities

Support Executive Directors in accomplishing hiring goals and recruiting efforts.
Support onboarding and orientation programs.
Participate in coaching and training directors in all departments.
Support the development of the sales culture and promote the sales process (First Impression, Discovery, Needs Matching, Sales Presentation, Close).
Support and train to QSLM standards for dining, wellness, facility management, and activities.
Ensure adherence to QSL Management policies and procedures.
Maintain compliance with Federal, State, County, and City regulations.
Report all Federal, State, County, and City inspections, correspondence, and/or inquiries to the VP of Operations on the same day of receipt and/or occurrence.
Maintain a risk management file for situations requiring legal intervention, litigation, and/or state inspections.
Participate in special projects as assigned.
Assist communities with submitting specific reports to corporate partners.
Participate in annual budget creations.
